The event promises to be one for the books. Combining the Y’s 50th anniversary with two fan-favorite annual events, Y-Fest and their Halloween Spooktacular Party, North Shore YMCA President and CEO Howard Schultz said of Fall Fest, “It’s our way of kicking off the next fifty years.”
The event takes place on Saturday, October 5, from 4-10 PM in the Y’s parking lot and grounds. You can expect delicious food, great music and entertainment and fun for the whole family.
Food available for purchase will include everyone’s favorite fall flavors, with all benefits going to support the Y. Menu options include DQ Blizzards, popcorn, apple cinnamon donuts, hot chocolate, cider, hot dogs, nachos, cotton candy and food galore — and of course, wine and beer for the adults.
Entertainment includes live music, BINGO, trivia, game trucks, build-your-own-scarecrow and even a haunted trail. Spooky fall themes continue with Fright Fest at dusk, where ghosts and goblins will haunt the park.
Family fun also includes an art court, bounce houses, kids games, pony rides and more.
We hope to see you there!
