WHAT DOES LIVING IN A TOWN CENTER MEAN?

Living at ONE will provide you a walkable new neighborhood with incredible entertainment and dining, all right from your front door! With a pedestrian plaza, CMX Luxury Cinema, Starbucks, City Works Eatery & Pour House, Mia’s Cantina, Inland Bank, 312 Nails & Spa, and more, you’ll be living in the center of it all.

WHAT IS A TRANSIT-ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT?

ONE Wheeling Town Center is located fifty yards from the Wheeling Metra Station with less than an hour rail time into Chicago’s downtown Union Station.

WHAT ARE THE DAY/NIGHT INTERIORS?

We offer our tenants the choice between bright Day or dark Night apartment styles. Kitchen cabinets and countertops will be available in white or dark colors, depending on your personal decorative tastes.

WHAT ARE THE ADDITIONAL FEES?

Additional costs outside of rent include applicable move-in fees, pet fees, and utility fees.

HOW ARE UTILITIES ARRANGED?

Upon moving in, you will be responsible for setting up an account with ComEd, our electricity provider. We are currently seeking LEED certification with an energy score of 85+, which means you will save on your electric bill every month.

WHAT WILL I DO FOR INTERNET?

Internet will be available directly to your apartment with speeds of 1,000 MBPS. Custom TV and phone packages will also be available.

WHEN WILL THE APARTMENT BE READY TO MOVE IN?

ONE Wheeling Town Center will be ready for occupancy in the beginning of 2019.

WHEN WILL THE TOWN CENTER BE COMPLETED?

Most of the restaurants and retail businesses of Wheeling Town Center will open in early Spring 2019.

WHAT DOES MY $250 DEPOSIT GET ME?

The $250 deposit saves your place in line to select the apartment of your choice when we begin leasing in Fall 2018. We are operating on a first-come-first-serve basis, so those who place deposits first will be the first to choose their new home.
If for any reason you decide to revoke your reservation, the $250 deposit is fully refundable.

IS THERE A MODEL UNIT?

Yes! We will have a mobile model open to tour in summer of 2018.

CAN I TOUR THE BUILDING?

Building tours are not currently available, but we are hoping to begin conducting tours in fall 2018.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes, covered and assigned parking spaces will be offered to all tenants. We will make the best effort to assign parking with direct access to the floor of your apartment.

WILL MY APARTMENT HAVE A BALCONY?

Yes, every apartment will have either a balcony or outdoor patio space on the ground level.

WILL THERE BE A CONCIERGE?

Yes! We will have a concierge in the lobby 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

WHAT IS HERITAGE PARK?

Right next door to ONE Wheeling Town Center is Heritage Park, a vast green space with trails, baseball fields, a lake, and the Performance Pavilion’s outdoor events. You will also discover the Family Aquatic Center in Heritage Park, complete with water slides, splash pads, and indoor and outdoor pools.
